This week we have Yogalates with the first session of the week Monday 7.30pm.
This class is a Perfect blend of stretch and the core building strength of Pilates.
Working within your own limits you will improve your flexibility, endurance, with muscle toning. Both these disciplines are a great way for stimulating your internal organs promoting their health and to promote good mental health.
This class can be attended live (Monday 7.30pm & Wednesday 1.15pm contact for availability), streamed live to your home or via catch up.
