This free handout is meant for contact sports coaches (rugby, football, etc…) to use with their players in order to get them ready for the physical demands of contact, impact and combat phases.
Once your players have mastered the different exercises and positions, you can progress them to wrestling/grappling-type exercises before going to full contact scenarios.
