Pilates is a fantastic way to improve muscle strength, flexibility, toning, postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Whether you are a beginner or more advanced you will be shown how to make the session yours. Encouraged to work at your pace and level.
This week we are using the mini ball. This ball is around 7-9″ in diameter which helps us to activate more muscles, can help hold our body in the correct alignment and can create instability to work the core more. It is a fantastic way of adding another element to your session.
You can attend this class in a hall, via zoom or if you have commitments that don’t allow you to attend a set time you can catch up when you are ready.
