Menu Sidebar Widget Area

This is an example widget to show how the Menu Sidebar Widget Area looks by default. You can add custom widgets from the widgets in the admin.


Add tone and strength to all the muscle groups particularly the core, back, shoulders and chest by incorporating light weights into this session.

The weights shouldn’t be too heavy because we are working slowly with the muscles and want to maintain our good posture and alignment throughout.

You can leave the weights out at any point or even do the whole workout without weights.
