This season, Hall has racked up 632 rushing yards for four touchdowns, including 46 receptions for 406 yards and two receiving scores.
Meanwhile, veteran linebacker C.J. Mosley (neck) is a game-time decision, Rapoport added.
Mosley has been making progress at practice and drew a questionable designation for Sunday’s tilt. The linebacker last played in the team’s Week 7 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
New York will also be without offensive lineman Tyron Smith (neck) as he was placed on injured reserve on Saturday.
The Jets (3-8) and Seahawks (6-5) kick off at 1 p.m. ET.
