We bring you a recipe for a steam bath, which is suitable for all skin types. Dried lavender, calendula flowers and essential oil of geranium balance the skin, and floral aroma soothes the senses.
For the steam bath you need: 1/3 cup dried flowers of lavender, 1/3 cup dried flowers of calendula, 4-5 drops of essential oil of geranium.
In lavender and calendula flowers pour 2 field of boiling water, cover and leave for 10 minutes to rest. A larger pot, over which you will be making, fill up half, with very hot water. Tea, who have made of flowers strain and add to the water. Insert and drops of geranium.
